WHEN CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS?

Tickets for our Spring event will be available for pre-sale on our website at 11:00am MST on January 4th, 2019. Pre-sale for our Fall event is TBA.

WHEN IS PUBLIC SALE FOR SOIRÉE?

Public sale for SPRING begins 11:00am MST February 17th, 2019.

WHEN IS PUBLIC SALE FOR RÉCOLTE?

Public sale for FALL begins 11:00am MST April 15th, 2019.

HOW CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS?

Tickets can be purchased through our website with a credit card.

ARE DINNER TICKETS SOLD SEPARATELY?

Garden Dome reservations and Dinner Tickets are sold SEPARATELY. Once the Garden Dome has been reserved, guests will receive a link by email to purchase Dinner Tickets.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

There is a Garden Dome reservation fee of $55 ($110 without discount code). Dinner Tickets are priced at $92.00+gratuity per guest.

HOW CAN I USE THE DISCOUNT CODE?

You are able to use the discount code at checkout during our pre-sale January 4th, on SPRING reservations only. A separate discount will be available for FALL reservations at a later date.

IS GRATUITY INCLUDED?

Yes. 18% gratuity will automatically be included in the total price of your Dinner Tickets and added at time of purchase.

CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS AS A GIFT?

Yes. If you’d like to purchase tickets for someone without selecting a date/time, please go through the process of buying tickets and email us at calgary@dinner4four.ca to request an e-certificate. This can be done for the purchase of a Garden Dome or Dinner Tickets, or both!

ARE ANY DINNER OPTIONS GLUTEN FREE?

Yes, the Plat de Viandes (Meat) option is gluten-free.

DO YOU OFFER ANY VEGETARIAN/VEGAN OPTIONS?

Yes, we offer a Vegetarian 4-course option that is also Vegan.

CAN I CHANGE MY RESERVATION?

Based on seating availability, reservation dates/times can be changed. Contact our ticket line (587-818-5019) or email calgary@dinner4four.ca for further assistance.

Please note: if you are issued an e-certificate, the EzTix processing fee does NOT carry over and will have to paid for again when re-purchasing your tickets for another date.

CAN I SWITCH NAMES IN MY RESERVATION AND DINNER PREFERENCE?

Yes. If you need to switch your dinner preference, you can do so up to a WEEK BEFORE your reservation.

IS THERE A CUT OFF DATE FOR CHOOSING MEALS?

After making a Garden Dome reservation, guests have 24 hours to complete their Dinner Ticket purchase. Extensions can be made by emailing calgary@dinner4four.ca. (Extensions will only be granted during pre-sale)

WHAT IF I DON’T PURCHASE MY DINNER TICKETS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RESERVING A GARDEN DOME?

If dinner tickets are not purchased within the 24 hours, your reservation slot will re-open to the public and your credit card will automatically be refunded. If more time is needed to purchase Dinner Tickets, guests may be able to request ADDITIONAL time. Please email calgary@dinner4four.ca to request an extension. (Extensions will only be granted during pre-sale)

WHAT IF I CAN’T ATTEND THE SPRING EVENT BUT I WANT TO ATTEND THE FALL EVENT?

Not to worry! You will also be able to reserve your Garden Dome for our Fall event starting at a later date (TBA).

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN FIT IN A GARDEN DOME?

There is minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 person guest limit per Garden Dome.

CAN WE ATTEND IF WE ARE LESS THAN 4 PEOPLE?

Yes, but you will be charged for a minimum of 4 guests.

CAN I ADD ADDITIONAL GUESTS IF I HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED MY DINNER TICKETS?

Yes, you can add additional guests up to a WEEK BEFORE your reservation.

HOW DO I ADD ADDITIONAL GUESTS TO MY RESERVATION?

Please email calgary@dinner4four.ca to request an e-certificate. You will be able to use this to re-purchase dinner tickets with an additional guest or two.

Please note: the EzTix processing fee does NOT carry over to an e-certificate and will have to paid for again when re-purchasing your tickets.

HOW LONG DO WE HAVE TO EAT DINNER?

Each reservation has a time slot of 2 hours as we have seatings at 5pm, 7pm and 9pm.

WHAT ALLERGY ACCOMMODATIONS DOES THE MENU INCLUDE?

We can accommodate all allergies, as long as enough notice is given. *We suggest making a note in your reservation during check-out.

WHAT ARE THE MENU OPTIONS?

We offer three meal options: Fruits de mer Inspire (Seafood), Plat de Viandes (Meat) and Vegetalien Sain (Vegan). 

Please Note: We serve a blind menu. None of the details of our dishes are revealed until your reservation.

ARE DRINKS INCLUDED IN THE COST OF DINNER TICKETS?

Drinks are NOT included in the cost. However, there will be a licensed bar on site. Guests will be required to present valid ID.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

No dress code, however, we strongly recommend our guests dress according to the weather in a semi-formal style.

IS THERE AN AGE RESTRICTION ON THE EVENT?

No. We are a family-friendly event! All ages are welcome.

WHAT IF WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE POOR ON THE DAY OF MY RESERVATION?

The event will go on, rain or shine. The Garden Domes are weather protective with a heater and blanket provided in cooler weather and a portable coolant for hotter days.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Once Dinner Tickets have been purchased, tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.

WHAT IF I HAVE PURCHASED TICKETS BUT CAN NO LONGER ATTEND?

You can transfer your tickets to another group of guests. Please email calgary@dinner4four.ca with these changes. (You can transfer up to 24 HOURS BEFORE your seating)
